Brandon Ford to Lead Program Management Efforts

[Palestine, Texas | Nov. 21, 2024] Pentecom, Inc. announces Brandon Ford as the company’s new director of programs.

 

In his new position, Brandon will lead the program management office (PMO), driving strategic project initiatives, resource alignment, and fostering continuous improvement across program operations.

 

Ford joined Pentecom in 2021 as a project manager, where he demonstrated his ability to lead complex conversion projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

 

His efforts in facilitating solution-oriented meetings, collaborating closely with prime contractors, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders have greatly contributed to Pentecom’s success, says Caleb Byrd, Pentecom’s chief operating officer.  

 

Ford has a passion for supporting the U.S. military. His previous experience includes roles with L3Harris and Bell (formerly Bell Helicopter). He says he was attracted to Pentecom because the company also serves a number of military clients and draws from a pool of talented individuals from around the country. “It’s great to be part of a nationwide team that comes together to support our war fighters.”

 

After three years with the company, Ford felt he had more to offer and says the project management team is a fantastic group. “I am looking forward to serving that team and contributing to its future growth.”

 

“With more than 18 years of experience in project and material management, Brandon brings experience in leadership, program coordination, and performance optimization,” adds Byrd.

 

Ford earned a bachelor’s degree in applied arts and sciences with an emphasis in organizational leadership from Texas A&M-Commerce. He also holds one of the most recognized Six Sigma certifications – Six Sigma Green Belt focusing on statistical tools and analysis techniques to improve and streamline internal processes.

 

Ford, who resides in Gulf Breeze, Fla., is one of Pentecom’s remote employees.
